Get out your sanding blocks
Another simple technqiue using the window sheets. Again, I used the thick window sheets and ran them throught the Big Shot with the Daisies #2 Bigz die. This has to be the die I reach for the most and is a must have for Big Shot owners.
Flower, Daisies #2, #114520, #23.95
After peeling off the blue backing, I sanded the daisies to get the frosted look. I finished off the card with Ribbon Originals in Pig Tails and Dress Up which are both on the Last Chance list for 50% off.
Pig Tails, # 114316, $9.48 and Dress Up, #114317, $8.75

Wet Stencil Technique
How else can you use your Big Shot? For making stencils. I used the Tulipe die and the thick window sheets to make my own reusable stencil. After spritzing the stencil with water, I scribbled on it with the chocolate chip watercolor crayon and then spritzed it gently again.
The last step is to press your cardstock onto the stencil and then allow it to dry. The only colours used were chocolate chip and celery. I embellished the card with my favourite Ribbon Originals in Valet. It is a very elegant yet simple card.

Big Shot Top Note
This album took no time at all to create using the Top Note die for the Big Shot and a Sunshine Garden Simply Scrappin’ kit. I used the thick window sheets to create the front and back covers and to give the album durability.
What a wonderful gift perfectly sized for slipping into a purse or diaper bag? Or, if you have been hesitant to start scrapbooking, this album is an easy to finish project that will get you started in no time.
I used the crop-a-dile to effortlessly make a hole and inserted a binder ring to hold the pages together. A few short lengths of ribbon help to decorate the front and a few self-adhesive die cuts from the Simply Scrappin’ kit tie everything together.

Window Sheet Accent
This is a simple and fun way to create an accent using the window sheets. Simply punch out the circular second hand from the clock and insert a window sheet behind it using sticky strip. I then used dimensionals between the layers to create a bit of shadowing. Stampin’ Up! makes it easy on us stampers by coordinating products. In this example, the 1″ circle punch fits perfectly on the image leaving only a thin border.
This set is my absolute favourite set from the Occasions Mini. It is a classic set good for creating so many types of cards. I can’t believe it will be gone on June 30th.

And Many Mower
Tri-Shutter Fold Card
This is such a great masculine set. I love the fact that the greetings included can be used for alot of occasions, Fathers Day, birthdays or just because – And Many Mower, #113724, $37.95
It ties in really well with the Manchester Designer Series Paper.
Stamp and colour the image on cardstock. Then cut a piece of Window Sheet the same size and stamp the image with StazOn, here I used the white. Layer acetate on top of cardstock to create overlay.
Although the instructions for this card look intimidating, the card does come together pretty easily. Give it a try!
