This card uses the same basic layout and colors for two different cards. Both cards were made with Basic Black, Very Vanilla and Cherry Cobbler and the Modern Medley Designer Series Paper. This paper is a must have!
The only embellishment is Pearl Basic Jewels colored with a black permanent marker like a Sharpie. Remember, these pearls are on sale as part of the weekly deal that ends today. Scroll down for the link.
The “With Sympathy” greeting is from the Loving Thoughts stamp set (Wood 128436, Clear 125845) and “Hello” is from Lacy & Lovely (Wood 132025, Clear 122887)
One of my best stamping tips for you is to turn your card if it’s just not working for you. I don’t know exactly why but if I have a card that just doesn’t look “right”, I turn some of the pieces or elements of the card or even rotate the entire card.
This allows me to see the card differently and it often fixes the card. Give it a try next time you are stamping and let me know if it works for you.
