I was speaking with my friend, Madhu, yesterday and she asked me if I liked the Take A Spin stamp set. And although I said I did, I had to admit that I had not actually made a card using this set yet. So, today I did!
And I like the set even better now!
I stamped the circle three times – in Old Olive, So Saffron and Tempting Turquoise. Then I cut out pieces of the Old Olive and So Saffron circles and paper pieced them onto the Tempting Turquoise circle. I was concerned that the Game Spinner Hand might not move bit it does. It actually sits up a little bit on the washer so it helped with this bulkier card.
The card itself is Chocolate Chip with layers of Tempting Turquoise and So Saffron. On the So Saffron piece, I stamped "thank you for being you" from the Bold Blossom stamp set which seemed appropriate for this card.
I adhered the spinner circle to a larger circle of Chocolate Chip cardstock with dimensionals and added three Chocolate Chip brads as an embellishment. Hope you like it!
