Take Your Pick: To Color or Not

Perfect Mix Stamp Set in Black and White

I was working on a few simple cards for a class recently and really wanted to use my new Perfect Mix stamp set. I love the images in this set and the fact that the greetings are part of some of the stamps.

I think I love to cook as much I love to stamp. And I love to try new recipes especially those for pasta or noodles. Yum!

Can you see why this stamp set was one I had to have?

This was my first card. Super simple in mostly black and white.

But then I started to wonder if it was too simple?

Perfect Mix with Color

So I added colour using a Blender Pen and ink.

The colours are Pacific Point, Melon Mambo, Old Olive and Tangerine Tango.

I really like the clean look of this card Dar and I think my preference is the no colour, although both are great cards. I’m thinking the Perfect Mix stamp set is one to add to my stash. Thanks for sharing your take on it. Awesome!

Me too, Penny. I thought it needed colour but actually like it better without.
