The Bella Toile background stamp is one of my favourites. It makes every card look good!
Here, I stamped the large image onto Glossy White cardstock with a VersaMark pad and then heat embossed white embossing powder on top. Next, I used an aqua painter to apply the inks. I picked up ink from the lids of my stamp pads and then watercoloured the cardstock with the aqua painter. The colours I used are Bashful Blue, Brocade Blue and Night of Navy.
Once dry, I punched the glossy white cardstock with a 1-3/8″ circle punch. After gluing down the Whisper White strip of cardstock with the greeting from Thank You Kindly and the other two cardstock strips, I added the circles adhering with one or two layers of stampin’ dimensionals.
This is a great way to take a floral image and make a more masculine card. Enjoy!
