I had planned to do this card in black and white and include a white rose but it just needed more colour. And what colour is more appropriate than Rose Red, right?
My Big Shot needs a shim underneath the cutting pads for the easiest removal of the scrap pieces. But with the shim, those little piece come right out.
I added a Basic Black Archival ink stamped greeting from the Rose Wonder stamp set. I love the way this pad stamps. Add it to your wish list if you haven’t yet. I also coloured three White Perfect Accents with a black permanent marker before adding them to the card around the greeting.

To create height between the layers, adhere the cut out rose to a window sheet before adding to the card with stampin’ dimensionals.
