Stampin Up Canada

This card was made using the Silver Fox Smooch Pearlized Accent Ink in place of “normal” ink.

I used the Smooch Accent Ink two ways on this card. First, I used it direct to paper on the circles. The Smooch Accent Ink has an applicator that lets you paint the ink where you want it. Second, I applied the Smooch Accent Ink directly to the stamp and then huffed to remoisten before stamping on paper.

This ink was easy to use and dried quickly. It did dry a little more matte than I expected but it does match the Brushed Silver cardstock I used here nicely.

Like nail polish, which this bottle reminds me of, if ink gets into the neck of the bottle it may become hard to open. Like nail polish, you can let the bottle sit in a cup of hot water for a few minutes to help open it.

I can’t wait to experiment more with the others colours as well as other techniques. Stay tuned!
