I ordered the Tags til Christmas stamp set a few weeks ago and put it aside thinking that I wouldn’t use it until December and I was making tags. Wrong! This stamp set makes great cards. And bonus – 8 of the 9 images have coordinating punches available.
I stamped the ornament image in Always Artichoke ink on Whisper White cardstock and added a “Merry Christmas” greeting from the All Holidays stamp set in the same colour. I wrapped a length of Cherry Cobbler seam binding between the two stamped images and adhered the seam binding on the back. Next, I layered Cherry Cobbler and then Always Artichoke cardstock behind the Whisper White piece.
I cut a second piece of the seam binding so it had a very narrow width at the tip , almost like a needle, and threaded it through the holes of the Always Artichoke button from the Deck the Halls Big Designer Button package.
The Crumb Cake cardstock was scored at 1/4″, 3/8″, 1-3/8″, 1-1/2″, 3-3/4″, 3-7/8″, 4-7/8″ and 5″ before I adhered it to the Always Artichoke card. A 2″ x 4″ piece of the Deck the Halls designer series paper fits right between the score lines.

Don’t think it, ink it!
Which stamp doesn’t have a matching punch?
The “do not open til Christmas” stamp. In the new catalogues, stamps with coordinating punches have a faint blue line around them to show how the punch would look with the stamp. This little stamp is the only one on the page without the blue outline. How sad!
Wow, I really like this card!!
Thanks Shauna! I had this one pattern left from the Deck the Halls dsp and this card worked!
