Birthday, thank you, thinking of you, even Merry Christmas, Retirement and Sympathy are alll included in this set and would work well this a card like this one. . 

The base of this card is Not Quite Navy layered on top with a pattern from the Bella Bleu designer series paper. A length of the Ribbon Originals in Elementary is wrapped around Kraft cardstock.

The punch element is made layering from bottom to top: Wide Oval, Scallop Oval, Large Oval, Modern Label.
